Irina Shayk

FALCONERI presents Irina Shayk

Falconeri presents the new AW 2019/2020 campaign led by Russian top model Irina Shayk, portrayed through the lens of the fantastic Italian photographer, Giampaolo Sgura. Falconeri – with its natural yarns, presented through the new autumn/winter 2019-20 campaign – delivers a strong message of connecting humankind with nature and its surroundings. The concept fits perfectly in a world where a return to the earth and a renewed respect for the environment are key. Iceland, The Land of Ice, is the magnificent landscape which forms the backdrop for the shots by international photographer, Giampaolo Sgura. As the star of the campaign, like a modern-day snow queen Irina posed among icebergs which were in constant motion in the icy water. The looks fully embody the brand's philosophy, with neo-folk cashmere pullovers, oversized cashmere turtlenecks and wraparound jackets that can be freely layered for sophisticated, soft and light layering that is both warm and cosy. In line with this philosophy, Falconeri focuses on a styling that also plays on contrasting textures: Superior Ultralight Cashmere becomes a second skin, while Ultrasoft is added to silk in a new bouclé weave. The common thread is the comfort of knitwear that is worn on the skin, for comfort that never strays far from Falconeri style. Superior Cashmere, quality natural yarns and cutting-edge workmanship are the characteristics that make Falconeri garments special for him and for her. Its collections highlight the quality of the yarns, and combine tradition and creativity, simplicity and attention to detail.
